When you fill our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you send. We also use Vercel Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies) to understand which pages are visited — this data is anonymous and aggregated.
2. How we use it
Your contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
3. Data storage
Form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to our email. We retain correspondence for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months for reference. You can request deletion at any time by emailing codrantlabs@gmail.com.
4. Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to remember your theme preference (light/dark). This cookie contains no personal information and is not used for tracking. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email codrantlabs@gmail.com. We will respond within 7 days.
